Accessibility Statement

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. What we do today:

• Everything works with a keyboard, with visible cyan focus rings and a skip-to-content link.
• Everything ZARA says is shown as captions, and you can type instead of speaking.
• Text contrast is designed for at least 4.5:1.
• We respect your system’s reduced-motion setting, and a “Pause animations” button in the footer stops motion on demand.

Known gaps: we have not yet completed a full manual audit with assistive technology, and the 3D orb is decorative (its state is also conveyed in text). If something is hard to use, tell us and we will fix it or offer another way: (support email not yet published — pre-launch). We aim to reply within 5 business days.
