Privacy Policy

This is a first draft written to build the required protections into the product. It has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and will be before ZARA takes paying customers.
What we collect
- What you give us: email, website address, the consent you record, and messages you type or speak to ZARA.
- Technical data: IP address and browser user agent (for security, rate limiting and to keep a record of your consent).
- Voice: if you use the microphone, audio of your utterance is sent for transcription and is not kept by us after the reply.
How we use it
To run the service, show you a read of your website, prepare a quote, keep records of consent, prevent abuse, and, only if you opted in, email you about your quote. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who processes it
Service providers who act for us are listed on the subprocessor list.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Essential storage (such as your accessibility and cookie preferences, and the Cloudflare human check when enabled) is used only to make the site work.
Your rights
You can ask to access, download, correct or delete your data, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither), at Your Privacy Choices or Account & Data. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. We respond within 30 days. If you delete your account we purge personal data within 30 days and keep only what the law requires: invoices and tax records, consent logs, and a suppression-list entry so we never contact you again. Residents of California, Colorado, the EU/UK and other regions have the rights their laws give them.
Children
Not for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13.
